Hourly or daily rates. Includes vehicle, guide, and basic tolls. Extra usage billed separately.
One free change up to 72 hrs before (subject to availability). Late changes may incur fees.
7+ days: full refund; 3–7 days: 50%; within 72 hrs: non-refundable. Rebooking prioritized for force majeure.
Queenstown HQ covers South Island; Auckland branch (Aug 2025) supports North Island.
10-15 seat vans or 5-8 seat sedans. Typically 1 large + 1 small bag per person.
Yes, based on age/weight. Please specify when booking.
English/Chinese speaking guides available with route commentary.
No smoking. Small, caged pets allowed by prior arrangement if they don't affect others.
Meet-and-greet service with real-time flight monitoring and complimentary waiting time.
Yes if safe and feasible. Extra mileage/time will be adjusted in the final bill.
Credit card, transfer, or online payment. NZ GST invoices provided on request.
Safety first. We reroute if possible or offer rebooking/refunds for unplayable conditions.
